The grape cluster is cylindrical, small, and very compact. The berry is spherical but deforms due to pressing, medium-sized, green-yellow in color, with bronzed patches and blackish spots. The pulp is juicy. The average cluster weight is 140 g, and the berry weighs 1.68–1.70 g. It is superior to the Aligoté variety, producing an average yield per vine of 4.8 kg of grapes, over 30% more than the control. The grapes reach maturity between September 10th and 15th. The sugar accumulation potential is similar to the control. The must sugar concentration is high, averaging 200 g/l, with acidity of 5.4 g/l H₂SO₄. White wines suitable for everyday consumption and/or superior quality are obtained.
