PINOT GRIS 14 St.:
The cluster is small to medium in size (135–138 g), with densely packed berries. The berries are small, spherical, with thin skin colored greyish-red, covered by a thin layer of bloom and small black dots (1.3–1.6 g). The pulp is juicy, and the must is colorless. The variety shows moderate tolerance to frost (down to –24°C) and drought. It accumulates high sugar levels in the must (200–223 g/l) and is recommended for the production of high-quality wines. Full ripening occurs in the first decade of September. The total acidity ranges between 3.0–3.6 g/l H₂SO₄. Yields reach 2.5–2.9 kg per vine and 13–13.1 tons per hectare.
