Project objective
Evaluation of the agrobiological and technological potential of some old autochthonous grapevine varieties with a view to their reintroduction into local grapevine assortments and/or their use as a germplasm source in viticultural improvement works in the context of climate change.
Estimated results
- Ampelographic characterization sheets of genotypes according to the international OIV standard
- Database with the results of morphological evaluations and determinations of the genotypes subjected to the genetic erosion;
- Database on the agrobiological and technological value of the genotypes subjected to the analyzed genetic erosion;
- Virological analysis bulletins for the studied varieties;
- RAPD and SSR molecular profil on genetic uniformity/variability determination;
- Technical data sheets highlighting the particularities of winemaking, and the quality of the finished products obtained;
- Brochure for presentation the project results;
Communication and dissemination of results (scientific articles, round table).
