Objective
Zoning of table grape varieties in the context of climate change
Estimated results
- methodology for zoning table grape varieties;
- centralized database on grapevine growing regions and newly delimited areas, with the ecoclimatic parameters determination, and the development of some ecoclimatic indicators to characterize favorable areas;
- centralized database on the agrobiological and technological characteristics of table grape varieties, based on studies conducted over the last 20 years;
- zoning of table grape varieties obtained by Romanian viticultural research and those from the international assortment present in the culture;
- delimitation of new grapevine growing areas for table grapes;
- wide dissemination through publication of results (scientific articles at national/international symposia, round tables);
catalog with agrobiological and technological characterization, and recommendation for zoning varieties for table grapes in different grapevine growing areas.
