The grape cluster is cylindrical, small, with very densely packed berries. The berry is round, with thick skin, yellowish in color, and juicy pulp. The Sauvignon 111 Șt. clone is slightly more productive than the population variety, with an average yield increase of over 10%. The grapes reach maturity between September 10th and 15th; the average cluster weight is 130 g, with individual berries weighing 1.5 g. The sugar accumulation potential is higher than that of the original variety. The must sugar concentration is high, averaging 197 g/l, with acidity of 3.1 g/l H₂SO₄. High-quality white wines are produced.
