Agrobiological and Technological Characterization:
Growth vigor is high, and fertility is high, with 65–70% fertile shoots. Sugar concentration in must varies between 150 – 178 g/L, while relatively low acidity ranges between 2.5 – 3.0 g/L H₂SO₄.
Average yield per vine is 5.5 – 6.0 kg, and average yield per hectare is 23 – 25 tons, of which marketable yield represents 80 – 90%.
Zoning:
Recommended for propagation in all wine-growing regions of the country, especially in southern areas.
The ‘Norocel’ variety is notable for:
