Project Manager Partner 2: eng. Onache Petronela Anca
Project development period: 21.07 2023 – 30.10.2026
Objectives
- Circular model for valorization of phenolic compounds from grape marc resulting from the winemaking process and obtaining food products with improved sanogenic potential
- Experimenting of different processes for conditioning the grape marc in order to preserve its bioactive potential (natural drying/convective drying under controlled temperature and time conditions);
- Circular model for capitalizing the grape marc mineral properties in order to obtain a biofertilizer applicable in viticulture;
- Procedures of phenolic compounds extracting from grape marc, phenolic extracts concentrating, and musts fortifying to improve their sanogenic potential.
Estimated results
- Web page with information on project results;
- Extension of results by creating demonstration plots using the biofertilizer in vineyards;
- Transferring the results to the development of innovative products with increased functionality, and publishing a brochure highlighting the improved sanogenic properties
- Dissemination of results through scientific papers presented and published in specialized journals, round tables, etc.
